First run: permissions

Framing yourself well
Prop the phone at eye level, about an arm's length away, and check the small preview window: that is exactly what the stranger sees. Head and shoulders in frame, face visible, no ceiling fan as your co-star. Good framing alone doubles how long people stay in your chats.
Lighting on a budget

Audio that does not annoy
